Premier Estates accommodates up to 16 guests, featuring 1 bedroom on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the second floor.  There are a total of 16 beds.

All bedrooms are spacious and feature Sealy pillow top twin beds.  All linens provided. 

Premier Estates offers three beautifully appointed bathrooms, two on the first floor and one on the second floor. Toiletries and towels provided.

Our modern kitchen is stocked with snacks, drinks and features double ovens, gas cooktop a microwave and two refrigerators.

The separate dining room accommodates all guests comfortably.

The two adjoining craft rooms have high ceilings and are lined with windows offering natural light and direct access to our large porches.

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible.

Premier Estates historic setting is functional and accommodating.
