POLICY
Payment for Bookings
All dates are held with a $320.00 non-refundable deposit payment. The balance of your booking is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
For booking dates that are organized less than 30 days in advance, full payment is required to hold the date(s).
The "group leader or one person" is responsible for paying the deposit and balance due.
Personal check or money orders are accepted payable to Premier Estates and mailed to: Premier Estates P.O. Box 414 Wallis, TX 77485
There will be a $50.00 fee for returned checks
Check In/Out
Your group may arrive anytime after 1:00 p.m. - and leave by 4:00 p.m. For retreats and group lodging, the designated "group leader" is responsible for checking in and securing key to facility and return of key. Arrangements to be made prior to arrival.
Cancellation
Our policy is intended to be fair to our guests, yet prevent the loss of income to our business. Once we book your dates, we remove the facility from the market, refusing all other requests. With 60 days notice, your non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another date. We are sorry, but we are unable to give a refund after we have received your payment.
