include 6% Hotel Occupancy Tax.
Group Lodging
Group lodging
is available at Premier Estates or PEII for $320.00 per night on
weekdays or $430.00 per night on weekends (two night minimum booking).
We provide spacious accommodations for up to 10 guests at Premier
Estates and 12 guests at PEII. Combine the two properties for groups up
to 22. Meals are excluded, although kitchen privileges are included and
plenty of beverages and snacks are provided. All linens are provided.
Full Service Weekend Retreats
All catered
weekend retreat packages are available for 8 to 22 guests and feature
freshly made catered meals. We provide snacks, chocolates, sodas,
bottled water, juice, coffee and tea. All linens are provided.
Five Meal
Option-$175.00 per person(8 person minimum per house): This is
our most popular package and Includes two over-night stays and five
meals.
Four Meal
Option-$165.00 per person(8 person minimum per house): Includes
two over-night stays and four meals. This excludes either your
choice of the Friday evening or Sunday morning meal.
